Delete Your REAM Account

You can delete your REAM account at any time, in any of the ways below. If you are the primary resident of your unit, deleting your account also deletes your household's accounts (secondary residents and household occupants).

Option 1: Delete from the mobile app

  1. Open the REAM app and log in.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Enter your account email to confirm, then tap Confirm Delete.

Option 2: Request it here

Enter the email address on your account. We'll email that address a link to confirm the deletion - nothing happens unless you click it. The link works for 1 hour.

Option 3: Ask your estate

Your estate's administrators can delete your account at your request - for example if you no longer have access to your email address.

What happens next

  • Your account is switched off straight away. If you are the primary resident, your residency ends and your household's accounts are switched off too.
  • We email you a link to undo the deletion, and let your estate know. For 21 days you, or your estate, can undo it.
  • After 21 days your personal details (name, email, phone) are erased for good.

Some records are kept after deletion, without your personal details:

  • Payments and invoices - kept 7 years, for financial and tax records.
  • Gate, visitor and security records - kept 2 years, then deleted.
